Welcome to TAIWAN! DAY One!

Every love this country TAIWAN!  Why people love Taiwan???  To my point of view, i feel that the Food,Fashion and the Taiwan people are One of the best in the World!  With A Simple and Powerful Slogan when they advertise on TV "Welcome to Taiwan" so easily to remember!  Recently, Get the chance to Visit Taiwan during my birthday during March! Thought of sharing to all that the places i visit in Heart of Taipei City!

Weather was cold during March about 12 to 16 degrees!  Reach Taoyuan International Airport during night time,was welcome by the coordinator by the hotel employee.  The driver help us handle the luggage to the car and was friendly.  The journey from the airport to the hotel was about 45minutes to City Inn Hotel Plus.  Charges for the transport to City Inn Hotel Plus was about NT $1000 for 2 persons. If u want to take a bus to Taipei City railway station,you can walk to Guoguang bus terminal to take a bus at cheap rate from NT$135! Cheap Right???

So happy and excited when we reached City Inn Hotel Plus Hotel!The hotel is really a trendy and suitable for couples who are travelling together.  Was warmly welcome by the receptions and advise us the coffee and tea facilities was free to used anytime!  After check-in, we were excited to see our room as we quickly took the lift up to 7th storey!  As usual, knock the door first before going in (mention in the first post) such a nice hip and trendy room!  Toiletries were well provided too.Combs,toothbrush and paste,shower cap and razor too! So thoughtful of them!  The 32 inch LCD is big and good enough for our viewing pleasure.  I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel if u got the chance to visit XIMENDING!

Later,we went to look for food and shop awhile at XINMENDING!  We ate the famous Ah Zhong Mian Xian located near our hotel !  If you cant find the place, go to XINMENDING and ask the people around there.  They will be happy to assist you!  The Ah Zhong Mian Xian is different from the ones in Singapore!  The Ah Zhong Mian Xian ingredient is different as they provide pork intestine instead of oyster!  The taste was not strong in flavor as the one in Singapore's Shili Mian Xian.  Overall,it taste as good as recommended!  After finished our Mian Xian, we are went to look for Taiwan famous fried oyster for our Supper!

We walk along the back lane and found the Famous Fried Oyster!  There are 2 stalls fried oyster beside one another!  Both with queues and both smell nice!  Without any hesitation,i just choose one and buy back for supper!  The fried oyster in Taiwan has a unique sweet taste with a special sauce on it!  I will recommend anyone to tried this for sure in anystall in XINMENDING!  After Supper, took a hot bath using their big bathtub and prepare the next day of my Taiwan Trip! =)

A New journey starts from here!

A new journey started today whereby i will start my own blog sharing the different culture and food around the world!  I'm not alone from now on!  There will be also someone by my side to see the world with me! There are 196 countries in this world! I cannot complete all of them as time and money its a factor!  Who can complete travel 196 countries in this world!  I think no one can!  As Millionaires are busy earning money and non Millionaires working hard for money!  Haha... That's Life!

I'm not a frequent traveler,but still i went to almost  every asia countries before.  A tip for traveling,make sure you do your research before you travel to that particular country!!!  Check out their cultures too as it will reduce some unnecessary conflicts with the locals!  I hope you guys are aware of knocking the hotel or motel doors before entering the room!  Reason is because is a way of courtesy and make sure of spirit are aware that u are staying the room and they will leave u alone!  Funny right???  Anyway,just a culture whereby anywhere in the world will stick to this rule!

For travelers, accommodation is something important or not depends on the person's budget and preference of their comfort!  We tend to go shopping and eating when we go travel,so most of the time the hotel room you book will be vacant most of the time except our sleeping hours. So,choosing a right hotel it's really based on personal preference and comfort!
